📆 Ordering & Changes

  • Please place your order at least 3 days in advance (including weekends)
  • If changes are needed, please notify us at least 1 day before the delivery date
  • Only quantity increases are accepted. We cannot reduce or cancel confirmed orders

💰 Deposit & Payment

  • 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation
  • We accept cash and debit card only

Pickup Locations: Delivery Options:
  • Orders of 30 boxes or more within 20 km: Free delivery
  • Beyond 20 km: $1 per additional kilometer
  • Orders of fewer than 30 boxes: $20 delivery fee, plus $1/km if beyond 20 km

  • Refrigerated: Best consumed within 72 hours
  • Frozen: Can be stored for up to 15 days (Please remove the egg before freezing)

🍽️ Recommended Heating Methods

For optimal texture and flavor, we recommend reheating with a steamer or microwave.

🔌 Steamer / Electric Cooker

  1. Add 2/3 cup of water into the cooker
  2. Place the rice inside and start heating
  3. Ready to eat once the switch pops

🔋 Microwave

  • Please use microwave-safe containers
  • Reheat the rice and chicken leg separately
  • Rice: Cover with a damp paper towel, microwave for 3.5 minutes
  • Chicken leg: Cover with a damp paper towel, microwave for 5 minutes
  • Do not microwave the egg

💡 Tips

  • Let the rice sit at room temperature for a while before reheating
  • When steaming, cover the rice to prevent excess moisture from soaking in and affecting the texture
